Cowboys Urged to Add Former Commanders $10 Million All-Pro

The Dallas Cowboys might be able to remedy some of the team's injury concerns along the offensive line by turning to a man who previously played for a rival team.

There have been reports of ailments affecting both Tyron Smith and Tyler Smith, with the younger Smith having missed Week 1 due to his condition.

It has been suggested by Bleacher Report that the Cowboys should sign former Commanders guard Andrew Norwell, who is currently a free agent.

On September 11, 2023, Bleacher Report provided the following information: "Starting left guard Tyler Smith missed Sunday

night's game against the Giants with a hamstring injury, and the Cowboys could use some depth on the interior of their

offensive line anyway with rookies Asim Richards and T.J. Bass as the only backups on the roster,"

according to the information provided by Bleacher Report. "With 127 career starts, Norwell would offer some much-needed experience to the

trenches for Dallas, which is something the team desperately needs. Additionally,

the fact that he spent the previous season playing for the Commanders and hence has some prior experience in the NFC East is a plus.
