Sophie Turner, Joe Jonas temporarily agree on children amid divorce, lawsuit

A week after Sophie Turner sued Joe Jonas, the "Game of Thrones" actor and Jonas Brothers singer reached a temporary agreement on their daughters' residency.

Turner and Jonas have a 3-year-old daughter, Willa, and a July 2022 daughter, whose name is unknown.

The former couple filed an interim consent decree in the southern district of New York on Monday during Turner's lawsuit against Jonas for their children's return to England.

This includes the five NYC boroughs, Long Island, and counties up to Westchester.

In the settlement order acquired by USA TODAY, the parties agreed not to transfer their daughters from "jurisdictions of the United States District Courts

for the Southern & Eastern Districts of New York pending further order of this Court."

Turner and Jonas, who are divorcing, made the arrangement "without prejudice," so they cannot use it against them other in court.

A pretrial conference for the actress' lawsuit is Oct. 3.

The "Game of Thrones" star claims in a lawsuit filed Thursday in the southern district of New York

that she met with the Jonas Brothers singer on Sunday where they were "to discuss their separation," according to documents obtained by USA TODAY.
