Zach Bryan, a country music artist, is praised by police after apologizing for his arrest.
Zach Bryan has had a busy month thus far.
During a car check in rural Oklahoma last week, the country singer was detained for obstruction of investigation.
He swiftly issued a public apology for his behavior, both to his fans and to the police officers who dealt with him,
and the National Police Association has told Fox News Digital that cops around the country are impressed.
"When the report of his arrest and then, of course, the video came out, he said some really harsh things,"
National Police Association spokesperson Sgt. Betsy Brantner Smith said. "Then he quickly issued that apology, which seemed to us to be... a very sincere, heartfelt apology."
"And here's the thing: people say and do stupid things," Smith concluded.
But he showed a lot of repentance, something we don't frequently see in law enforcement, especially from celebrities.
